Who have you learned from?

In my opinion, the best of the best! I’ve learned strength and conditioning techniques from a professional football player, the possibilities of human movement from elite level gymnastics coaches and martial artists, power from professional power-lifters. I’ve absorbed as much as I possibly could from every single source you could imagine, and yet I still feel as though I have much more to learn!

Are you the real deal?

In a nutshell: yes. There’s many “textbook” trainers out there. Meaning, a lot of them have read about fitness and exercise, and know all the terminology and theory, but a lot of them haven’t or don’t put what they know into practice. Ironically enough, it’s not uncommon to see out-of-shape trainers.
I have never put my clients through anything, nor taught them anything, that I myself haven’t tested and learned.
