Kevin Dowling is an ISSA Certified personal trainer who serves clients in Atherton and greater Silicon Valley. Kevin specializes in working with individuals to lose weight, build muscle, and improve their flexibility, stamina and coordination. In addition, he helps athletes improve their performance for competition.
Kevin’s tailors his dynamic, fun workouts for each client based on their capabilities and goals. All sessions include both cardio and strength training components and are built on time-tested exercises that athletes use to get in the best shape of their lives.
Kevin has more than 10 years of martial arts experience, including Kung-Fu, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and seven years of experience as a gymnastics coach.
