Kevin Dowling is an ISSA Certified personal trainer serving clients in Mountain View. Kevin specializes in working with individuals to lose weight, build muscle, and improve their stamina, flexibility and coordination. He also works with athletes looking to perform their best in competition.
Kevin’s fun, dynamic workouts include both cardio and strength training components, and incorporate proven exercises that athletes rely on to get in the best shape of their lives. All personal training sessions are held in a private studio conveniently located in downtown Mountain View.
Kevin has more than 10 years of martial arts experience, including Kung-Fu, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and seven years of experience as a gymnastics coach.
