Ronney Richard was born in Richmond, California, and has been an athlete his entire life. He began in the sport of gymnastics at the age of fourteen and quickly showed immense potential for the sport, reaching the Elite levels in a few short years before succumbing to a career-ending shoulder injury. After that, he continued coaching the sport, while also playing football in college, eventually being recruited to play professionally in the Canadian Football League. After another devastating injury, Ronney returned to the United States, and resumed his passion in coaching Gymnastics and in personal training.
Ronney offers in-home personal training. He will come directly to his clients, with his own equipment, and give them just as high-quality of a workout that they’d get in a gym.
Born in Misawa, Japan, Mike began his athletic career with a “fun run” race at the tender age of 6. At age 7, he was timing his mile on the track and by 11, he was setting course records for the Guam Running Club (GRC) – some of which still stand today. Mike moved to the United States for high school, where he broke several school records. He continued his athletic career, wrestling and running his way through college, earning State Championship titles and numerous individual awards. During his off-seasons, he coached at local high schools and middle schools
where he found his passion: helping people discover what they’re truly capable of.
Drawing from his experiences as a veteran coach, Mike believes anyone is capable of attaining success. From training athletes one-on-one for state and national competitions, to working with
hundreds at various training camps, Mike has learned how to motivate people to dig deep and bring out their best.
When Mike isn’t working, he can be found running around the San Francisco Bay Area looking for interesting routes to run or in the gym working on his current goal: a California state record in the Bench, Squat and Deadlift events for the United States Power-lifting Association (USPA).
