Kevin Dowling

Kevin is the founder of Dowling Fitness Personal Training Services and an ISSA Certified personal trainer serving clients in Silicon Valley.

Kevin has more than 10 years of martial arts experience, including Kung-Fu, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and seven years of experience as a gymnastics coach. He specializes in working with individuals to lose weight, build muscle, and improve their stamina, flexibility and coordination. He also works with athletes looking to take their fitness to a higher level so they can perform their best in competition.

Kevin’s dynamic, fun workouts include both cardio and strength training components, and incorporate proven exercises that athletes rely on to get in the best shape of their lives.

Ronney Richard

Ronney Richard was born in Richmond, California and has been an athlete his entire life. He began gymnastics at the age of 14 and quickly showed immense potential for the sport, reaching the elite levels in a few short years.

After suffering an injury that ended his gymnastics career, he continued coaching the sport while also playing football in college. He was eventually recruited to play professional football in the Canadian Football League. Afterwards, Ronney returned to the United States to pursue his passion for coaching gymnastics and personal training.

Ronney offers in-home personal training. He will come directly to you with his own equipment and give you just as high-quality of a workout as you’d get in a gym.
